Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data

The personal data operator is SpecTehVostok LLP, the official dealer of FURD special equipment in Kazakhstan and the owner of furdkz.kz and its subdomains (ruchnye-katki.furdkz.kz, samohodnye-katki.furdkz.kz).

We operate under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection" and other requirements of Kazakhstani legislation. This Policy applies to every page of the website and to the request forms placed on them.

2. What data we collect

We deliberately collect the minimum — only what we need to answer your request and to understand where enquiries come from.

Data you provide yourself

• Name — an optional field, you may leave it blank.
• Phone or WhatsApp number — the only mandatory field in the form: without it we cannot reply.
• Message text: the model you are interested in, a question or a comment — whatever you write in the form, in the website chat or in a messenger.
• Email address — if you write to us by email yourself.

Data collected automatically

• IP address, browser type and language, device type, screen resolution, operating system.
• Pages viewed, time and depth of viewing, link clicks, taps on the request, call and WhatsApp buttons.
• The address of the page you came from and advertising tags (UTM, gclid, fbclid) — they tell us which advertising worked.
• Cookies and identifiers of analytics and advertising systems. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

We do not collect special categories of data — health, origin, religious or political beliefs. We never ask for your national ID number, passport or banking details through the website or in chat. Such information is required only when a contract is signed and is passed directly to a manager.

3. Why we process data

• To answer your request: call you back or write, select suitable equipment, calculate the price and delivery, send a commercial proposal.
• To conclude and perform a contract: issue an invoice and specification, arrange delivery, warranty and service support.
• To stay in touch about your enquiry — including correspondence in WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram if you wrote to us there.
• To improve the website and evaluate advertising: anonymised visit statistics, campaign performance, page quality.
• To comply with Kazakhstani law — tax, accounting and other statutory duties.

We do not sell or pass your contacts to third parties for their own marketing. We do not run bulk advertising campaigns over a database of phone numbers.

4. Legal grounds

• Your consent (Articles 7 and 8 of Law No. 94-V). You give it voluntarily when you submit a form on the website, write in the chat or in a messenger. Every form carries a note stating that submitting it means agreeing to this Policy.
• Performance of a contract to which you are, or intend to become, a party: without processing your data we cannot issue an invoice or deliver equipment.
• Direct requirement of law — cases where processing is carried out without consent by force of law (Article 9 of Law No. 94-V), for example for tax and accounting records.

5. Who we share data with

The circle of recipients is limited and determined by the purpose you contacted us for.

• Our employees — the managers and service specialists handling your enquiry.
• Our CRM system (crm.furd.asia) — requests from the website arrive there automatically and the enquiry history is stored there.
• Messengers and social networks — WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram: if you contacted us through them, the correspondence is processed under the rules of the respective service.
• Analytics and advertising services — Google Analytics, Google Ads, Yandex.Metrica, Meta Pixel. They receive anonymised behavioural data and cookie identifiers, but not your name or phone number.
• Partners involved in performing the contract — transport and leasing companies, banks, service organisations: only the data without which delivery, leasing or repair cannot be arranged.
• State authorities — upon a reasoned request in the cases provided for by law.

Some of these services host their servers outside Kazakhstan, so anonymised analytics data may be processed abroad. Such cross-border transfer is carried out subject to the requirements of Law No. 94-V. 6. How long we keep data

• Requests and correspondence — while we are working on your enquiry and for up to 3 years after the last contact: this is the general limitation period during which questions about a transaction may arise.
• Documents on completed contracts — for the period established by the tax and accounting legislation of Kazakhstan.
• Analytics data and cookies — for the lifetime of the corresponding cookie, usually from a few days to two years (see the table in the Cookie Policy).

Once the purpose of processing is achieved or you withdraw consent, the data is destroyed or anonymised, unless the law obliges us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

Article 24 of Law No. 94-V gives you, as a data subject, the right to:

• know what data about you we hold and obtain a copy of it;
• demand that incomplete or inaccurate data be amended or supplemented;
• demand that data be blocked or destroyed if it is processed in breach of the law or is excessive;
• withdraw your consent to processing, in whole or in part;
• protect your rights and legitimate interests, including in court, and claim compensation for damage.

To exercise any of these rights, write to SpecTehVostok@yandex.kz or call +7 777 257 47 67. We may ask you to confirm your identity — this protects your data from being handled by someone else. We will respond within the periods set by Kazakhstani law.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out and does not cancel our duty to keep documents relating to completed transactions.

8. How we protect data

• Data transferred between your browser and the website is encrypted over HTTPS.
• Access to the CRM holding requests is limited to employees who need it for their work, through personal accounts with segregated permissions.
• Servers and accounts are protected by passwords and technical access controls; actions are logged.
• We do not store payment details on the website and do not accept payments through it.

No system offers a hundred per cent guarantee, but we apply measures proportionate to the risks and to the requirements of Kazakhstani law.

9. Children

The website is addressed to legal entities, sole traders and adult buyers. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 18. If such data has reached us by mistake, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy — for instance if new services appear or the law changes. The current version is always published at furdkz.kz/en/privacy.html, with the effective date shown at the top of the document. Material changes are reflected on the website; by continuing to use the site after a new version is published, you accept it.
