What the warranty covers

The warranty covers the elimination of manufacturing defects and material flaws not caused by the operator: malfunctions of the engine, hydraulics, transmission, electrical equipment, and load-bearing units. Under the warranty, defective original spare parts are replaced free of charge, including installation work at an authorized service center.

• Term: 12 months of official warranty.
• Repair and spare parts for warranty cases — at the dealer's expense.
• Post-warranty service — available even after the expiration of the term.

For certain items, the factory may set individual regulations — the manager will clarify the exact conditions for your model during registration.

What is not covered by the warranty

As with any equipment manufacturer, the warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or the consequences of violating operating rules:

• Consumables and wear parts: filters, belts, brake pads, cutting edges, tires, working fluids.
• Violation of the maintenance schedule and use of non-original spare parts or non-certified lubricants.
• Unauthorized modification of the design, operation with overload or for other than intended purpose.
• Damage due to traffic accidents, natural disasters, and force majeure.

How to maintain the warranty

• Perform scheduled maintenance on time and record it in the service book.
• Use original spare parts and recommended lubricants.
• Observe operating conditions and do not exceed the loads specified by the factory.
• At the first signs of malfunction, contact the service center instead of continuing to operate the equipment.

Disputed cases are considered individually based on diagnostic results — a service engineer will advise on the course of action for your situation.
