Terms of Use

1. General provisions

These Terms are concluded between SpecTehVostok LLP (the "Company", "we") and any visitor of furdkz.kz and its subdomains (the "User", "you").

The Terms take effect the moment you open any page of the website. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is

The website is an information resource of the official dealer of FURD special equipment in Kazakhstan. It publishes a catalogue of models, technical specifications, articles, answers to questions and request forms.

Information about equipment is for reference only. Specifications, configuration and appearance may be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice. Stock availability, price and lead time are confirmed by a manager in response to your request.

Except for the "Public Offer" document, the materials on this website are not a public offer and are treated as an invitation to make offers (Article 395, paragraph 4 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan). The terms of a specific transaction are fixed in the Public Offer, the invoice and the specification.

3. Rights to the website content

Texts, photographs, videos, diagrams, specification tables, the structure and design of the website are results of intellectual activity. The rights to them belong to the Company or are used by us on a lawful basis and are protected by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 6-I of 10 June 1996 "On Copyright and Related Rights".

The FURD trademark and model designations belong to the manufacturer and are used by us, as the official dealer, to identify the equipment we supply.

• You may freely read, save and print the material for personal, non-commercial use.
• Reproducing texts and photographs in full or in substantial parts requires our written consent.
• Quoting is permitted to the extent justified by the purpose of the quotation, with a mandatory active link to the source page.
• It is prohibited to pass our material off as your own, to use it to build copycat websites, or to mislead buyers as to who the seller is.

4. Rules for using the website

By using the website you undertake not to take actions that break the law or interfere with the operation of the site. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• interfere with the operation of the website, circumvent protection measures, search for and exploit vulnerabilities;
• create excessive load — automatically download content, scan the site with scripts, send spam through the forms;
• leave other people's contact details in forms or chat without their consent, as well as false or offensive information;
• distribute malicious code through the website.

We may restrict access to the website from addresses used for such actions and retain technical information about them in order to protect our interests.

5. Requests, chat and personal data

By submitting a request form, using the website chat or contacting us in a messenger, you provide us with your contact details and agree to their processing under the Privacy Policy. Submitting a request does not oblige either you or us to conclude a contract — it is a request for a consultation and a commercial proposal.

The website runs an AI-based chat assistant. It helps you find your way around the models quickly, but its answers do not replace a manager's advice and are not an offer: exact specifications, price, availability and lead times are confirmed by a member of our team.

6. Limitation of liability

• We do our best to keep information up to date, but we do not guarantee that every detail on the site is complete and error-free at any given moment. Legally binding information is what a manager confirms in the invoice, specification and contract.
• The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, hosting failures or force majeure. We are not liable for losses caused by such unavailability.
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from our pages, nor for the operation of external services — messengers, maps, analytics platforms.
• The purchase decision is yours. Our responsibility for the choice of a model for specific operating conditions extends to the written recommendations given by our specialist.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 274-IV of 4 May 2010 "On Protection of Consumer Rights", or any other rights that cannot be waived by law.

7. Changes to the Terms

The Company may amend these Terms unilaterally. A new version takes effect once published at furdkz.kz/en/terms.html, unless it states another date. The effective date of the current version is shown at the top of the document.

By continuing to use the website after changes are published, you accept the new version. We recommend checking this page from time to time.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The parties will try to settle disputes through negotiation; a written claim is a mandatory first step — send it to SpecTehVostok@yandex.kz. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the court at the Company's location, unless Kazakhstani law establishes a different jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms turns out to be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
